Got to know them through a friend, their other client. Just amazing! My dog is very shy and spooky, but she got comfortable with them super fast, which was a big big surprise for me! Very quick responses to messages and everyday updates with pictures🙌🏻 Now we will be their loyal clients🥹

Emma took care of Batman for a week, and we couldn't be happier! Drop-off and pick-up times were completely flexible to our schedule. She sent regular updates with photos and videos, and made sure Batman got plenty of daily walks. Highly recommended, we will definitely leave Batman with Emma again!

We’re extremely happy with Emma. She’s caring, reliable and gives us complete peace of mind. She has looked after our dog twice, including a full week, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. She sends regular updates, is always responsive and really cares about the dogs she looks after. We’re so happy to have found Emma. It’s wonderful to know that our dog is always happy, comfortable and well cared for whenever he stays with her.

We’ve used their dog‑care services several times, including a full week while our family was on holiday. We always received regular updates, and our dog enjoyed plenty of outings, playtime, and activities. They are both professional and genuinely caring. I would recommend their services.

New customers, been through several dog sitters in the past. Our labrador Robin absolutely loved it here. We booked on quite short notice, process was smooth and easy ++ had to change our pickup date the night before (due to our daugher falling ill on our trip), and was easy communication and understanding regarding the situation. Emma kept us up-to-date daily on Robin as well, which was nice! Nice to know we have a safe and secure place for our dog when we need to travel etc., will be using the service again in future.

We had a really great experience with Emma. She looked after my dog for six weeks during Christmas and was incredibly kind, reliable, and caring. The regular updates meant so much to us and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. My dog clearly loved being with her, and I’m so thankful to Emma and her family. Highly recommended.
