- Pet Observation and Medical Care:
- I will closely observe your pets during their stay. In the event of any changes in behavior, illness, or injury, I will promptly inform you.
- If necessary, I will seek medical care for your pet, including taking them to the emergency Espoo Animal Hospital, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.
- Compatibility of Pets:
- I strive to ensure a harmonious environment for all pets. Through my experience, I have successfully accommodated dogs and cats together without any issues. However, in the rare case of any concerns or conflicts, I will take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all animals involved.
- Meet and Greet:
- Prior to booking, I highly recommend scheduling a meet and greet session. This will give us an opportunity to meet in person, allow you to see the premises where your pet will be staying, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
- During the meet and greet, please provide detailed information about your pet’s routine, including the number of walks, feeding times, and any relevant medical information that I should be aware of.
- Communication and Updates:
- I understand the importance of staying connected with you while you’re away from your pet. I will provide daily updates on your pet’s well-being and activities.
- We can stay in contact through your preferred communication method, whether it’s phone calls, text messages, emails, or social media. Please let me know your preference.
- Social Media and Publicity:
- With your consent, I may post updates and pictures of your pet on social media platforms or my business website. These posts will be shared with the intention of promoting a positive pet care experience.
- If you do not wish for your pet’s images or updates to be shared publicly, please inform me during the meet and greet or through your preferred communication method.
- Liability Waiver:
- While I will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, I cannot be held liable for any unforeseen events, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during their stay.
- By engaging my services, you acknowledge and agree to release me from any liability arising from such incidents.
- Pet Health and Vaccinations:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from any contagious diseases or parasites.
- I reserve the right to refuse the accommodation of any pet that appears to be unwell or poses a risk to the health and safety of other pets.
- Emergency Contact and Veterinary Authorization:
- You will provide a designated emergency contact person who can make decisions on your behalf in case of an emergency if you cannot be reached.
- If your pet requires immediate veterinary attention and you cannot be reached, I am authorized to seek necessary medical treatment at the nearest veterinary facility.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in my cancellation policy, which will be provided separately.
- Personal Property:
- Please ensure that all personal belongings provided for your pet, such as toys, bedding, and food, are labeled with your pet’s name. While I will take reasonable care, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
