Emma’s care for my dog during my 12-day trip was truly exceptional and gave me complete peace of mind. Even before finalizing the booking, Emma’s helpfulness and warm demeanor stood out. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates and it was clear that my dog had formed a special bond with both Emma and her partner, thanks to their dedicated one-on-one attention. The added convenience of LuvPetFriends’ pick-up and drop-off service was a fantastic bonus. I couldn’t recommend their services more highly!

We cannot wholly express our gratitude and say enough good things about Luvpetfriends pet care service!I left my 9 y.o. shiba-inu with Emma (the owner) several times, for day-care and for several nights when had a trip planned, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic.From the moment we have met Emma, I could tell that my dog was in good hands. The facility was clean and well-organized, Emma is super friendly, kind and attentive to every dog’s in her care.It was our first experience of leaving our dog at a pet care services too, so we were a bit nervous, just as our dog was, but every time everything went smoothly: we received regular updates and photos of our dog’s routine with Emma, so we were assured that our dog is doing pretty well and we had really nice chats with Emma☺️The prices are affordable, and we will definitely ask Emma for help, when we’ll need to leave the dog for an evening or a trip!

Emma is a fantastic pet nanny and incredible person. She is always ready to help. Pets love her very much.My dog is a rescued one and she has some problems with attachment and communicating with new people. But she fell in love with Emma after 2 or 3 quick visits and since then for many times she enjoyed staying with Emma for short and long periods.My cat had also a great time at Emma’s, even playing with other cats and not quarrelling about the territory.Highly recommended for cats and dogs and their owners;)If you are looking for a person whom you can trust with your pet, it is Emma!

I would rate more than 5 stars if I could! 🥹 Emma was absolutely amazing! Our Lily had a wonderful time, and we're so grateful and happy with her stay. It was like a nonstop party with all the other pet friends she got to hang out with! 🥳 She even made a new bestie. The best part? Emma worked some magic with leash walking, and now we can actually walk with Lily outside—no more jogging! 😂 Thank you for everything 🙏

I recently left my dog Lily for 5 days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. They took such great care of Lily, making sure she was happy and comfortable the entire time. I loved how they sent regular updates with pictures and videos, so I always knew how she was doing. Communication was always prompt, which made the whole experience stress-free. I could tell Lily was well taken care of and had a great time. Highly recommend their services to anyone who wants peace of mind while being away from their fur baby! Thank you so much!

Emma and her husband are brilliant minders for pets. Our dog needed extra care and they went lengthways to make him comfortable, his separation anxiety more manageable and his sickness bearable. I would recommend their care in a heartbeat.

We left Churro (8 month old poodle) with LuvPetFriends for 5 nights when we went on a short vacation for Easter this year. It was such a pleasant experience altogether. We had a meet & greet session at their place where Churro got a feel of the place and people he would be staying with, a few days in advance. During the boarding time, Emma has been regularly posting messages to me about Churro’s activities and mood. Also shared some lovely pictures & videos of him, being very comfortable with the new place, people & activities. Emma truly cared for Churro and made him very comfortable during his stay. He also made new cat friends & another dog during his time with LuvPetFriends. I am very sure that being with Emma has reduced the separation pain for Churro a lot (this was the first time he was without our family & at an unfamiliar place). I absolutely recommend this place for all who want their pets to be cared for while they are away.

Emma and Ali were super friendly and helpful. We left our German Pinscher puppy ( 5 months old) for a week and everything went super smooth. Emma informed us regularly and sent pictures of our dog everyday. It was our first time and everything was super great. They also provided playtimes with other dogs. So, our puppy had a chance to meet and play with others. Also; during her stay, Emma was understanding, considerate and insightful about our puppy´s behaviour and accidents. Thank you again for everything.We highly recommend ´Luvpetfriends´ and we definetely stay in touch with Emma and Ali for further stays! 🙂

Emma and husband are simple the best .After reviewing a few dog hotels , it was clear Emmas flat was home from home , i could sence my dog Sandy would be safe and well looked after in a homely enviroment.Emma kept me up to date with videos while i was away, which was very conforting.Sandy had a very enjoyable stay and was kept in good company by 2 other hotel guest .Emma could not do enough for us and i would recommend luvpetfriends to anyone that has a dog that needs a family enviroment.So lucky to have found Emma.Sandy was sad to say good bye to Emma when i picked her up.That tells me everything about the care and fun she recieved while staying with luvpetfriends.Jeremy

Emma took care of our dog, Luna. It was the first time Luna had stayed with a stranger, but I couldn't be happier. Emma is not only a great pet sitter, but she's also incredibly trustworthy. I could tell that my dog was happy and well-cared for in her company. Emma made sure to keep us updated on our dog, which gave us peace of mind during our vacation. Her house is clean and well-prepared for animals, and she resides in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of places to take dogs for walks. I highly recommend Luv Pet Friends for anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Emma is so nice and great. I like talking to her in Whatsapp. The booking was last minute and she gladly accepted which we were very grateful. Emma was so great and very patient with our energetic Whiskey. Emma also sent us updates, pictures and videos everyday. We even had to extend for another night at the last minute because of flight delay and Emma was so accomodating that she accepted even if it is last minute which made our life easier on that day. Whiskey came home with us very happy and seems like he also came from a great autumn holiday 😎 and then there’s a bonus that Whiskey has gained a new friend, Luna 😊 there were also some gifts from Emma to Whiskey! Thank you Emma and till next time 😉

100% recommend! If you want your pet in a safe space, loved and well taken care of, look no further. They’re available 24/7 and sent us regular updates about our pup. He loved going to the park and the routine they made for him.

Emma and her husband have become second set of parents for my cavelier Milo. I have left him with them multiple times and always came back to a very happy and healthy well cared for puppy. Highly recommend her !
